For years national pastors and local Christians have prayed to see others come to Christ in their areas of South Asia. In October 2008, we held several outreaches throughout the region, including a medical crusade in a remote village and trained local pastors, many of whom had never been baptized in the Spirit. Since that time, several villages have been reached with the Gospel and many are responding! Click here to see a short video of the 2008 outreach. |

New Update!
Since the medical crusade held in October 2008, national pastors in that remote portion of South Asia have gone out into neighboring villages to preach Christ. Despite efforts of local newspapers to print false stories about the pastors’ efforts, people are continuing to convert to Christianity and be baptized.
In the words of a local pastor: “God is showing us that the Holy Spirit is working in their hearts and opening their spiritual eyes to discover the hidden truth. Day by day the numbers of new believers are increasing. He is giving us more new souls to take care of and make them disciples for the extension His Kingdom. This is also the result of your medical crusade and many people’s incessant prayer in this country and abroad.”
We’ve learned that a census of church buildings was taken, which could hint at future plans to inhibit evangelism and church planting in the area. Please pray for the safety of these precious brothers and sisters in Christ and for their continued impact.
